Stacey-Scott-Nykolyshyn

Hello! Nice to meet you.

If you're here, you're likely looking for more than just a house, you want a place of your own to call home.

I've been in your shoes as a first-time buyer, a first-time seller, and a partner contemplating a big move, personally and professionally.

Whatever your age or life stage, whether this is your first or 10th move, we are here to help, to listen and serve you with R-E-S-P-E-C-T, honesty and integrity.

We call it respectful, responsible, and responsive real estate.

About Stacey

I was born in Edmonton, Alberta, and have called Québec, Alberta and Nova Scotia home-sweet-home.

I married Sean Nykolyshyn, a full-time REALTOR® since 2005, in Italy, in the amber-walled town of Citta Della Pieve near the border of Tuscany and Umbria, birthplace of the slow food movement.

Travelling to England, France, Ireland, Italy, and across Turtle Island, I love a room with a view, heritage homes and gardens, learning languages and sharing local food and wine with family and friends.

As life would have it, family drew us to Atlantic Canada, specifically, Wolfville, Nova Scotia, on The Bay of Fundy. It's in Canada's oldest wine country, home of Acadia University and Devour!, just an hour (or less) to the ocean, Halifax, and an international airport. We love it!

So I'm excited to learn more about what brings you to Living Nova Scotia, a visit, and plans to make Nova Scotia home or a home-away-from-home.

#AskMeAnything about making a cross-country move, relocating to Atlantic Canada, moving to the Annapolis Valley, renovating an old house, or how professional coaching can help navigate major life transitions like changing careers, moving to a new place, or juggling building a virtual business and eldercare.
