Sean Nykolyshyn

Hello! Nice to meet you.

If you're here, you're likely looking for more than just a house, you want a place of your own to call home.

I've been in your shoes as a first-time buyer, a first-time seller, or someone contemplating a big move, personally and professionally.

Whatever your age or life stage, whether this is your first or 10th real estate transaction, I am here to help, to listen and serve you with R-E-S-P-E-C-T, honesty and integrity.

We call it respectful, responsible, and responsive real estate.

A little about me

I was born in Toronto, Ontario, and have called Manitoba, Alberta and Nova Scotia home-sweet-home. I lived abroad for a year and have been a full-time REALTOR® since 2005.

Of all the places I've lived and travelled, one thing stands out as special -- quaint tree-lined streets in a mature, walkable neighbourhood bustling with activity and a #smalltown feel. You can find that here in Halifax, in town and in the country.

During the pandemic while “staying the blazes home” and "working from home" in Edmonton, my wife and I started discussing making a move. To go West or East?

As life would have it, family (and a virtual East Coast Kitchen party or two) drew us to Atlantic Canada, specifically, Wolfville, Nova Scotia on The Bay of Fundy. It’s wine country and just an hour (or less) to the ocean, Halifax, and an international airport. We love it!

So I'm excited to learn more about you and you're plans.

#AskMeAnything about making a cross-country move, relocating to Atlantic Canada, renovating an old house, or buying into and selling in today's Nova Scotia Real Estate market.

If you or someone you know want to move here, we'd love for you to share our moving guides, websites and socials.

P.S. And if you happen to be leaving Nova Scotia, we're sorry to see you go. Let us refer you to like-minded professionals across Canada from Nova Scotia to Québec, across the Canadian Shield, the Prairies, and over the Rocky Mountains to Vancouver Island.
